Does PowerPrep use AI?
No AI is required. PowerPrep uses defined worksheet checks, and the tools explain each task in plain language. You still decide whether a formula difference, repeated record or ambiguous date should change.
Can I install it today?
The current test build requires assisted local setup. A self-service public installer and activation process are still being prepared. Request beta access so we can confirm your setup before you begin.
Do I need advanced Excel skills?
The tools explain the task and settings in plain language. You still need to understand your source data and decide whether a proposed change is appropriate.
Does it work on my version of Excel?
Compatibility must be confirmed against your operating system, Excel version, and organization’s add-in policies during pilot setup. Complete native Excel acceptance testing is still pending; this website demo does not establish platform compatibility.
Is this an audit, fraud detector, or reconciliation system?
It is a spreadsheet preparation and review toolkit. It can flag entries for investigation, but does not provide an audit opinion, establish fraud, or replace a complete reconciliation workflow.
Can it read bank-statement PDFs?
PDF bank-statement extraction is not part of the demonstrated offer. The example works with tabular spreadsheet data. Open your spreadsheet data in Excel before using the toolkit.
Will it fill in missing accounting information?
It can highlight missing information and support deliberate cleanup choices. It does not know a missing invoice number or the correct accounting treatment without source evidence and your decision.
